PTSD - Post Tramatic Stress Disorder - Lady Cerelli

Peace in Life Workshops

Throughout our lives, we wear many faces to show our emotions or, more often, to hide them. For the same reasons, if we have been hurt or abused, we create an invisible coat and wear it like an armor. We even fool ourselves into thinking it will protect us in our daily living and hide our pain and shame from the world. Wearing these coats may create unwanted behaviors that are not always easy to shed or get rid of because they represent facets of our beings, making them hard to let go. We call this coat the "Coat of Harms" because in covering the pain or trauma, the coat is actually weighing us down and keeping us focused in the past.

We invite you to seek support in a safe and loving environment with a small, intimate group. Learn the tools that can be used over and over again that will allow you to release your pain(s). Experienced facilitators will assist you through the workshop as you cut out and sew a fabric coat. Then using art and a third-view perspective, you learn a safe and gentle way of looking at the pain or shame you're holding onto. It is only through understanding why you hurt can you let it go. You will have the opportunity to share your experiences with others, if you so choose. See how others have had similar experiences and, in your sharing, allow another to see they, too, are not alone. Through ceremony, we help you release your hold on your trauma experiences, allowing you to let go of the past and come more fully into the present.

The cost of the workshop is $150 for a full day from 9am to 5PM and will be limited to 12 people. We supply all materials and lunch. There will be a $15 non-refundable processing fee if you cancel within 2 days before the workshop. Please allow 2 weeks for personal checks to clear. Contact us for more Information or Sign-up Today!

Instructors for the Workshops include Rev. Lady "Spirit Moon" Cerelli, Joyce Rawlings-Davies and Rev. Irene Libretto.
