Dance of Release DVD

Dance of Release DVD was created for the participants of Peace's workshops. Lady Cerelli approached Laura Martin, a 23-year practitioner of Qi Gong, and 3 years of personal study with Qi Gong masters in China, for Qi Gong movements in the form of a dance. She presently teaches in her studio in Mars Hill, NC. Laura designed of The Dance of Release (DOR) movements according to Lady Cerelli’s suggestions. These movements open the chakras, allowing you to release your inner negative emotions and feel the freedom of open heart, speech, and self-awareness. The DOR shows you how to capture your inner child and bring it into the present moment so you can play again.

Coat of Harms Workshop

"Coat of Harms Workshop" - In a small, intimate group setting, you learn the tools that can be used over and over again that will allow you to release your emotional pains. Experienced facilitators will assist you throughout the workshop as you cut out and sew a real coat of cotton fabric. Then using art and a third-view perspective, you learn a safe and gentle way of looking at the hurtful memories you're holding close to yourself. Looking at those memories of pain, you discover how they have affected you and what you can do about them.

Through ceremony, we help you release your hold on your trauma(s) experience, allowing you to let go of the past and come more fully into the present. You will have the opportunity to share your experiences with others, if you so choose, and see how others have had similar experiences. In your sharing, you allow another to see they, too, are not alone. Upon completion of the fire ceremony, you will learn the DOR, Dance of Release. A dance designed mainly by a TAI Chi and Qi Gong instructor who has studied in Chinese for 3 years and has been teaching for 25 years.

The cost of the Workshop is $150 for a full day from 9AM to 5PM and will be limited to 12 people. We supply all materials, lunch and bottled water.
